Determining if a Company’s Culture is Right For You
Finding a great job is about more than just landing an interview, impressing the boss and earning a paycheck. A truly great job will also align well with your priorities and personality, which means company culture is a major factor in job searching. A job interview is the best place to asses a company’s culture, but with lots to think about during an interview, it can be easy to miss clues about what a company is really like to work for.


With economic recovery on the horizon, should you make a job transition? 
A recent Todays Office Professionals Emerging Workforce study found that even amidst this economic downturn, one in four workers is planning to look for a new job in the next 12 months. Many workers who have stayed employed during the downturn are frustrated and dissatisfied. However, the decision to leave should not be taken lightly, and there are several factors to consider.
